Leadership and Mediocrity

If there is anything that is lacking on earth today, it is leadership that has its heads above the water. Almost all leaders are bent on personal ego trip. This is manifested in different forms. One form is the quest for expansionism, while in the more primitive races, leadership derives joy in despoiling the people they are meant to lead. In plain language, there is no leaders on earth today-or if there are, they can be found like a pin in a hare sack.

The reason for this is not far-fetched. Through the ages, empires have existed, and reached its peak, collapsed and died. At this end time, just like humans are here for the final reckoning in the last judgement, old empires will be resurrected in different forms in order to fulfill the prophecies, and judge itself by purging itself of all wrong doings. Apart from this, leaders are also given opportunities of making amends, one way or the other, for what they have done wrong in their earlier incarnations. Though some of their earlier activities may have been light opposing, they are given the chance to meet up with the circumstances of their failures and change. But many are still their old selves, and whether they find themselves as leaders of corporate organizations, religious bodies, countries, or even families, most are simply missing opportunities of redemption. Slave owners are finding themselves as black activists since they are now to be at receiving ends of their former sin.

But a far more devastating situation is that we are at a time when what the Christian bible calls sons of perdition-owners of the evil principle-are full on earth trying to create a one world government in honor of their principle, the evil one identified by various religions by various names. And they have penetrated even the alters of religions. In fact, many religious leaders worship him, apart from those who are bold enough to openly identify with his worship.

But in no distant time, events will uproot such from their pedestal and haul them out with devastating consequences. All these has been prophesied by various seers at various ages.

Mankind do not really have a lot of time remaining. It will not be in the interest of this writer to talk of timing, since the process has been on for a long time and will continue until change is wrought. The culminating point will be the period specified by the revelation of John, when God's Angels will begin to pour out contents of the vials of wrath on earth.
